Southampton

Tara Wilson, 23, of Shelter Island Heights was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Straight Path at 4:23 a.m. on July 1 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors. Police said Ms. Wilson threw a speaker through her ex-boyfriend’s truck window.

Robert Reddick, 43, of Southampton was arrested by Southampton Town Police on County Road 39 at 7:12 p.m. on Saturday on a bench warrant for failure to appear in Southampton Town Justice Court. At the same time, Mr. Reddick was also charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was originally stopped for not wearing a seat belt and police discovered that his license had been suspended for failing to pay child support.

Christian Gingras, 18, of Pennsylvania was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Montauk Highway at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony. Police said Mr. Gingras, who was stopped for not wearing a seat belt, was found with a fake Pennsylvania driver’s license.

Hampton Bays

Southampton Town Police charged the following individuals with third-degree aggravated operation of a motor vehicle last week: David Zambrano, 22, of Hampton Bays; and Phillip Jacobson, 23, of Brooklyn.

Kristin Spellman, 28, of Lindenhurst was stopped by Southampton Town Police on Montauk Highway at 3:08 p.m. on June 27 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor. No further information was available.

Patrick Stinson, 41, of Flanders was arrested by Southampton Town Police at police headquarters at 8:01 a.m. on June 30 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Stinson turned himself after he was issued a warrant for breaking a taillight on his girlfriend’s car.

Damion Beeker, 24, of Ronkonkoma was arrested by Southampton Town Police at police headquarters at 7:17 p.m. on July 1 and charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle, a misdemeanor. Mr. Beeker turned himself in after he learned that there was a warrant out for his arrest, according to police.

Thomas Halek, 38, of Hampton Bays was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Bay Avenue East at 12:13 a.m. last Thursday, July 2, and charged with petit larceny and third-degree criminal trespassing, both misdemeanors. Police said Mr. Halek stole tools from an unlocked vehicle.

Joshua Miranda, 18, of Centereach was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Dune Road at 7:50 p.m. on Friday and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor, and public urination, a violation. Police said Mr. Miranda was originally questioned after he was found urinating on a car in the parking lot of Neptune Beach Club. He then presented police with someone else’s driver’s license.

Patrick Bennett, 49, of Hampton Bays was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Old Riverhead Road at 7:34 p.m. on Saturday on a bench warrant for failure to appear in Southampton Town Justice Court. No additional information was available.

Marven Innocent, 20, of Brooklyn was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Montauk Highway at 4:46 a.m. on Sunday and charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation. Police said Mr. Innocent attempted to punch another person.

Westhampton

Elizabeth Kelling, 51, of Westhampton was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Mill Road at 6:32 p.m. on Monday and charged driving while her ability was impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Police said Ms. Kelling drove her car on the sidewalk near the 7-Eleven on Mill Road. No injuries were reported.

Noyac

A North Haven man reported to Southampton Town Police that someone stole his Rolex watch after he placed it in his shoe while walking on the beach sometime on June 27.

Riverside

Southampton Town Police charged the following individuals with third-degree aggravated operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, last week: Quandol Lewis, 24, of Flanders; Mitchell Conklin, 21, of Riverhead; and Otto Paredes, 22, of Riverhead.

Deraimo Eleazer, 29, of East Patchogue was stopped by Southampton Town Police on Peconic Avenue at 1:51 p.m. on June 22 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Mr. Eleazer was originally stopped for having an expired inspection sticker.

Gary Mosley, 52, of Riverhead was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Main Street in Riverhead at 3:10 p.m. last Thursday, July 2, and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Mosley stole a wallet from a patron inside a store in Riverside.

Nason Minter, 18, of Flanders was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Lake Avenue at 3:59 p.m. last Thursday, July 2, and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Minter broke a banana display rack at the Shell gas station after a verbal dispute with a cashier.
