Wesley Schultheis, 31, of Westhampton Beach was arrested by Westhampton Beach Village Police on County Road 31 at 2:12 a.m. last Thursday, August 13, and charged with two counts of petit larceny, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all misdemeanors. Officers said they found 27 items from Kara’s Sports Pub and Bun & Burger, both located on Mill Road, in the back of his car. Police said Mr. Schultheis broke into a storage facility located behind the two businesses earlier that night.
Ashley Keon, 20, of Mastic was stopped by Westhampton Beach Village Police on County Road 31 at 10:15 p.m. last Thursday, August 13, and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police said Ms. Keon was originally stopped for speeding.
Christopher Demasco, 20, of Westhampton Beach was stopped by Westhampton Beach Village Police on Montauk Highway at 7:52 p.m. Friday and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Demasco was involved in a two-car accident. No serious injures were reported. Both cars sustained front-end damage and had to be towed.
