Eastport

Southampton Town Police charged the following individuals with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, last week: Edmundo Peralta, 24, of Mastic; and Christopher Babst, 36, of Mastic Beach.

Hampton Bays

Richard Rodriguez, 42, of Hampton Bays was stopped by Southampton Town Police on Tulip Avenue at 9:10 p.m. on Sunday and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Mr. Rodriguez was originally stopped for speeding.

Southampton Town Police charged the following individuals with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, last week: George Breeland, 46, of Wheatley Heights; Amy Cummings, 44, of East Quogue; Arturo Bautista, 36, of Riverhead; and Deborah Moore, 52, of Amityville.

Joshua Harris, 20, of Hampton Bays was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Montauk Highway at 8:09 a.m. on August 25 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Harris broke a window at the United Artist movie theater.

Artur Miszak, 28, of Hampton Bays was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Ponquogue Avenue at 7:15 p.m. on July 30 and charged with unlicensed operation of a taxicab, a misdemeanor.

Peter Schunk, 54, of Flanders was arrested by Southampton Town Police at police headquarters on Old Riverhead Road at 10:07 a.m. on Friday and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Schunk was arrested for violating an order of protection secured by a woman.

Andrew Florio, 21, of Hampton Bays was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Old Riverhead Road at 10:27 p.m. last Thursday, August 27, and charged with second-degree burglary, a felony. Police said Mr. Florio was arrested for stealing jewelry and medication from a home on Elm Street in Hampton Bays on August 2.

Southampton

Cynthia Triggs, 40, of Hampton Bays was arrested by Southampton Town Police at Southampton Town Justice Court on Hampton Road at 1:26 p.m. on August 24 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment, both misdemeanors. Police said Ms. Triggs was arrested on a bench warrant issued in Southampton Town Justice Court for a previous incident. No additional information was available.

Riverside

A Riverhead man reported to Southampton Town Police that he was robbed of $100 by two men in the woods off Flanders Road on August 23. The victim said he entered woods with the two men to drink beer and they then robbed him at knifepoint. No arrests have been made.

Bridgehampton

David Falkowski, 32, of Sag Harbor was arrested by Southampton Town Police on the Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike at 6:02 p.m. on August 26 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, and possessing an alcoholic beverage with the intent to consume, a violation. Police said Mr. Falkowski was originally stopped for not wearing a seat belt and was found with 25 grams of marijuana.

Celia Gonzalez, 43, of Southampton was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Montauk Highway at 2:50 p.m. on Saturday and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Police said Ms. Gonzalez stole condoms and Scotch tape from the Kmart in the Bridgehampton Commons.

A Southampton woman reported to Southampton Town Police that her 4-year-old son got into a fight on Friday with another 4-year-old boy at the Children’s Museum of the East End on the Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike. The woman of the victim said the other boy picked up her son and threw him on a padded mat.

Southampton Town Police charged the following individuals with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, last week: Deane Lambros, 20, of Fairfield, Connecticut; and Jose Santana, 36, of Port Jefferson.

North Haven

Jose Mora, 50, of Hampton Bays was stopped by Southampton Town Police on Ferry Road at 5:29 p.m. on August 19 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Mora was originally stopped for making an unsafe lane change.

Flanders

Noe Galdamez, 21, of Flanders was stopped by Southampton Town Police on Flanders Road at 5:14 p.m. on Saturday and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Galdamez fell asleep at the wheel and hit a utility pole.

Water Mill

Oren Lippmann, 27, of Rego Park, New York was stopped by Southampton Town Police on Head of Pond Road at 12:52 a.m. on August 23 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Lippmann was originally stopped for failing to obey a stop sign.
