Daniel J. Duva, 23, of The Bronx was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Foster Avenue in Hampton Bays at 6:58 p.m. on Sunday and charged with DWI. Police said Mr. Duva was originally stopped for having illegally tinted windows.
Guillermo D. Fiel, 29, of Riverhead was arrested by New York State Police on August 26 and charged with DWI. No additional information was available.

Jeffrey Bosch, 46, of Water Mill was arrested by Southampton Town Police at around 6:15 p.m. on Monday on Blank Lane in Water Mill and charged with DWI. Police said Mr. Bosch was found passed out behind the wheel of his car, which was blocking a portion of the road.
