Southampton

Southampton Town Police charged the following individuals with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, last week: Ryan Schager, 27, of Williston Park; and Juan Chavarria, 29, of Flanders.

Glenn Gruber, 46, of Levittown was arrested by Southampton Town Police at Southampton Town Justice Court on Hampton Road at 9:41 a.m. on September 15 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Gruber turned himself in for an incident that occurred on August 26. No additional information was available.

Bridgehampton

Southampton Town Police charged the following individuals with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, last week: Ronald Strong, 40, of Flanders; and Julio Ramos, 34, of Water Mill.

Southampton Town Police charged the following individuals with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, last week: Aldemar Lopez, 46, of East Hampton; John O’Connell, 46, of Southampton; and Edwards Jones, 36, of Riverside.

Sag Harbor

A Wickatuck Drive man reported to Southampton Town Police that a former tenant of his home stole all of the victim’s furniture and antiques. The incident is under investigation.

Sagaponack

Armond Gordon, 38, of Southampton was stopped by Southampton Town Police on Montauk Highway at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Gordon was originally stopped for speeding.

Water Mill

Thomas Wine, 21, of Bay Shore was stopped by Southampton Town Police on Montauk Highway at 12:53 p.m. on September 12 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Wine was originally stopped for not wearing a seat belt.

A Montauk Highway woman reported to Southampton Town Police that three men on a small boat visited her property with fishing poles on Saturday. When the woman approached the men to question them, she said one of them became combative and told her that he was going to cut off her legs. The men then left her property. No arrests have been made.

Hampton Bays

Southampton Town Police charged the following individuals with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, last week: William Mulligan, 46, of Central Islip; and Courtney Connolly, 22, of Hampton Bays.

A Ridgewood Road man called Southampton Town Police to report that someone called his phone on September 17 and threatened him.

David Roman, 38, of Hampton Bays was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Bittersweet Avenue at 10 p.m. on September 14 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal mischief, both misdemeanors, and second-degree harassment, a violation. Police said Mr. Roman made verbal threats to a 17-year-old boy and called a 14-year-old girl a “slut.”

Frank Ludovico, 29, of Hampton Bays was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Wakeman Road at 6:02 p.m. on Friday and charged with third-degree menacing, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Ludovico threatened another person with a shovel.

Tara O’Malley, 40, of Hampton Bays was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Rampasture Road at 6:36 p.m. on Sunday and charged with theft of services, a misdemeanor. Police said Ms. O’Malley did not pay for a meal at Francesca’s Restaurant on Ponquogue Avenue.

A 31-year-old Hampton Bays man was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Springville Road at 7:49 p.m. on Sunday and charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. Police said the man rode his bicycle in the middle of the road while intoxicated.

East Quogue

Luis Delcarpio, 19, of Hampton Bays was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Montauk Highway at 11:38 a.m. on Saturday and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Delcarpio violated an order of protection.

Westhampton

Kenneth Kobus, 21, of Center Moriches was arrested by New York State Police on Sunrise Highway at 10:15 a.m. on September 16 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Police said Mr. Kobus was originally stopped for speeding and found with marijuana, hash and oxycodone.

A Willard Court woman reported to Southampton Town Police that someone stole two MacBook computers valued at $5,500, a PlayStation 3 valued at $600 and a watch valued at $200 from her home on September 10. No arrests have been made.
