Avital Oz, 67, of East Quogue was arrested by Quogue Village Police on Station Road at 2:45 p.m. on October 14 and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Oz stole railroad ties.

Thomas Infantolino, 20, of Riverhead was arrested by Quogue Village Police on Elizabeth Lane at 5:51 p.m. on Saturday and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and fifth-degree criminal sale of marijuana, both misdemeanors. Police said Mr. Infantolino was originally stopped for speeding and had marijuana that was packaged for sale and other paraphernalia.

Reginald Morris, 45, of Selden was stopped by Quogue Village Police on Montauk Highway at 3:19 p.m. on Sunday and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Morris was originally stopped for speeding.
