Southampton Village
John R. Rist Jr., 27, of Southampton was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, a misdemeanor, on October 30 at 5:12 p.m. for allegedly violating a court order of protection. He was processed and held for arraignment, according to police.
Southampton Village Police charged Edwin G. Choy-Camey, 24, of Riverhead with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and driving with a suspended registration, both misdemeanors, on October 31. Mr. Choy-Camey’s car was seized.
Southampton Village Police charged Fernando Reyes-Gonzalez, 24, of Hampton Bays, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree and driving with a suspended registration, both misdemeanors, on November 2. Mr. Reyes-Gonzalez’s car was seized and he was released on $200 bail.
Southampton Village Police charged the following with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, last week: Joshua S. Diamant, 27, of St. James; Patricia J. Presti, 47, of Mastic; and Jeffrey P. Sidone, 24, of Wading River.
Jaime I. Bello, 23, of Commack was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant on October 30 at 5 p.m. for failure to appear in court.
