Hampton Bays

Jessica Perez-Ozuna, 21, of Massapequa was stopped by Southampton Town Police on Montauk Highway at 6:56 p.m. on Friday and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police said Ms. Perez-Ozuna was originally stopped for having excessively tinted windows.

Daniel Bozuhoski, 40, of Hampton Bays was stopped by Southampton Town Police on Fanning Avenue at 10:07 a.m. on Sunday and charged with two counts of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Bozuhoski was originally stopped for driving on the wrong side of the road.

Richard Ciccotto, 52, of Hampton Bays was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Montauk Highway at 2:15 p.m. on November 1 and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Ciccotto stole a six-pack of beer from the Rite Aid on Montauk Highway.

Southampton

Jason Noto, 22, of Brookhaven was arrested by Southampton Town Police on County Road 39 in Southampton at 7:20 a.m. on Monday and charged with criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana, a violation. Police said they found brass knuckles and marijuana in Mr. Noto’s vehicle after pulling him over for not having a visible inspection sticker.

Southampton Town Police charged the following individuals with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, between September 30 and October 29: Ricardo Malave, 37, of Islandia; Debra Spellman, 55, of Southampton; Kurt Deon, 27, of Southampton; and Kyle Owen, 36, of Southampton.

Bridgehampton

William Perez, 20, of Riverhead was stopped by Southampton Town Police on Montauk Highway at 4:06 p.m. on November 3 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and leaving the scene of an accident, a violation. Police said Mr. Perez was flagged down by witnesses after he hit a parked car and tried to leave the scene.

David Chapin, 44, of Sag Harbor was stopped by Southampton Town Police on Lumber Lane at 9:14 a.m. on October 28 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and having an unregistered motor vehicle, a violation. Police said Mr. Chapin was originally stopped for a traffic violation.

Water Mill

Vicente Procel, 28, of Riverhead was stopped by Southampton Town Police on Montauk Highway at 5:37 a.m. on November 3 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Procel was originally stopped for having a broken taillight.

Jose Escalante, 36, of Mastic was stopped by Southampton Town Police on Noyac Path at 4:29 p.m. on November 2 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Escalante was originally stopped for a traffic infraction.

Riverside

Jared Ray, 22, of Eastport was stopped by Southampton Town Police on County Road 104 at 12:24 p.m. on October 29 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Ray was originally stopped for honking his horn at the vehicle in front of him while stopped at the hamlet’s traffic circle.

Flanders

A Quogue Road man reported to Southampton Town Police that he was robbed at gunpoint at 8:22 p.m. last Thursday, November 5, on County Road 104. The victim reported that a man wearing a black shirt, black jacket and Nike cap displayed a sawed-off shotgun and stole his wallet. The man then got into a vehicle and fled the scene in a northbound direction. No arrests have been made, police said.
