Sean Delevan, 41, of Shirley was arrested by Quogue Village Police on Montauk Highway at 11 a.m. on Friday and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving while his ability was impaired by drugs, both felonies. Police said he was also charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. Police said Mr. Delevan was originally stopped for having illegally tinted windows, and police found him to be in possession of a number of prescription drugs for which he had no prescriptions.

Andrew Garris, 21, of Medford was stopped by Quogue Village Police on County Road 104 at 9:10 a.m. on November 3 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Garris was originally stopped for speeding.
