Kira Leader, 27, of Sag Harbor was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Noyac Road in Noyac at 11:17 p.m. on Saturday and charged with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said Ms. Leader was originally stopped for failing to maintain her lane.
Joshua D. Fuller, 22, of Mastic Beach was arrested by New York State Police on Lake Avenue in Riverside at around 3 a.m. on Friday and charged with DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana, both misdemeanors, and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both felonies. Police said they pulled over Mr. Fuller after he strayed from his lane and found a quantity of cocaine in a plastic bag on the driver’s seat and a small amount of marijuana on his car’s console. Mr. Fuller was arraigned in Southampton Town Justice Court and remanded to the Suffolk County Jail in Riverside on $3,000 bail.
Eduardo Manzanares, 21, of Riverhead was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Wildwood Trail in Northampton at 7:14 p.m. last Thursday, November 12, and charged with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor. He was also charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, a violation. Police said Mr. Manzanares was stopped after he hit a street sign at the corner of Birch Court and Pine Path with his vehicle and fled the scene.
