DeliciousWilfredo Martir-Santos, 36, of Flanders was arrested by Southampton Village Police on Friday at 4:16 a.m. on Hill Street in Southampton Village and charged with aggravated DWI, a felony. Mr. Martir-Santos was stopped for speeding and was charged with aggravated DWI because his blood alcohol content was .19 percent.
