Darian K. Waters, 38, of Greenport was arrested by Southampton Village Police on November 15 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.
Martina G. Reese, 21, of East Hampton was arrested by Southampton Village Police on November 15 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.
Police found a broken window at a home on Post Crossing on Saturday at around 1:20 p.m. The window was located on the front porch and looked into the dining room. No items were taken from the home.
A resident of Meadowmere Place told Southampton Village Police that someone shot out the glass of two lamp posts at the end of his driveway with a BB gun sometime on Saturday. Police are investigating.
A woman who was walking her dog at the Cryder Lane beach Sunday morning told Southampton Village Police that, during the hour she was walking her dog, someone wrote an obscene word in dog feces on the driver’s side window of her car. The woman said that dog fecal matter was also smeared all over the driver’s side door.
A man who lives on Leland Lane told Village Police that someone took a number of items from his home on Monday between 2:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. A list of what was taken was not available.
