DeliciousJose A. Taboada-Anaya, 22, of Mat-tituck was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Flanders Boulevard in Flanders at 3:40 a.m. on Sunday and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Taboada-Anaya was also charged with numerous traffic violations, including unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failing to maintain his lane and having an open container of alcohol in his vehicle. He was originally stopped for having a broken headlight.
Jonathan J. Perez, 22, of Southampton was arrested by Southampton Town Police on Montauk Highway in Southampton at 2:15 a.m. on November 17 and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Town Police said they arrested Mr. Perez after he was stopped by a campus police officer at Stony Brook Southampton.
