DeliciousJose Carrillo, 27, of Flanders was arrested by Riverhead Town Police at 1:45 a.m. on Sunday, November 22, and charged with DWI, a felony. Police explained that Mr. Carrillo was charged with a felony because he failed to appear in Westhampton Beach Justice Court to answer a similar charge in November 2006.
