For all the parents out there, Anita Boyer and Joe Pallister have date night under control.
While you head off for a romantic night at Harbor Bistro in Sag Harbor — “They have the best menu, staff and a killer specialty cocktail list,” she said — this power couple will keep the kids busy with dance and theater games on Friday, July 26, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Dancehampton, located at 15 Lumber Lane in East Hampton.
“I miss my dance kiddos now that summer is in full swing and I wanted to give parents an opportunity to relax, and kids a chance to stay in touch with dance without the rigor of training for competition or rehearsing for a show,” Boyer said. “Bring us all back to basics and the foundation of our love of dance, which is rooted in the joy of movement.”
