East End Opry, a music collective and ongoing live series featuring and promoting local bands and singer-songwriters, has found a new home after being displaced recently.

East End Opry will meet at the Coast Grill in North Sea for the first time on Sunday, February 12. Fred Raimondo and Randolph Hudson, the organizers, will serve as hosts for the evening.

“We are all very excited to be moving to the Coast Grill,” Mr. Raimondo said. “The point of the East End Opry is to expose the area to the wonderfully creative original musicians that reside here. We feel that the Coast Grill totally understands and supports this community.”

The hosts will perform from 6:30 to 7 p.m., at which time the Cosmic Pioneers will play a mini-set. The featured performer of the evening, Rob Europe, takes the stage at 7:30 p.m. Glenn Fiedt will play a mini-set at 8:30 p.m. before an open mic from 9 to 10 p.m.

“We promise it will be entertaining, fun, and at times provocative,” Mr. Raimondo said.

The featured performers coming up this month on Sundays are Spaghetti Westerners on February 19 and Jim Turner on February 26. To play during open mic, performers must submit requests in advance and be approved.

Most recently, East End Opry had been meeting Wednesdays at Zigmund’s on the Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, but Zigmund’s closed its doors in January after it was announced that the bar was intended to be a short-lived pop-up. It didn’t take long for the Coast Grill to step in.

“I can’t express how excited I am to move forward with the presence of the EEO to enhance the Coast Grill environment,” said Pam Miller, who co-owns the restaurant with her husband, chef Peter Miller. “Hosting EEO events is a no brainer for us and a perfect match.”
