The lines stretched to the end of the block for the Hamptons International Film Festival’s opening night screening of “Kill Your Darlings” at Guild Hall in East Hampton on Thursday.

Film director John Krokidas and star Dane DeHaan participated in a Q&A after the film screened.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, particularly to our west where the “Riverhead Holiday Light Show & Santa’s Village” is gearing up for its second year.
