Our Fabulous Variety Show (OFVS) has opened a new studio space in Bridgehampton and is now partnering with Shine, a creative and process arts space. The studio is located within the Unitarian Universalist meetinghouse at 977 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike.
On October 4, OFVS began offering classes in the performing arts, master classes with industry professionals, one-on-one mentorship and more. Class offerings run eight weeks and include acting and improv, scene study acting, ballet, tap dance, caregiver-and-me dance classes, jazzercise, jazz funk, hip-hop, musical theater and Broadway dance, and lyrical/contemporary for all ages. Programs are open to all levels from beginner to advanced and OFVS welcomes ages 4 to 100. The semester will culminate in an end-of-year showcase where students will have the opportunity to perform in an “Alice in Wonderland”-themed production on December 10 and 11.
