Alice King
Alice King of Sag Harbor and New York City died at her home in the city on Monday, February 6. She was 82.
A graduate of Pierson High School and Hunter College, she received a degree in physics.
Ms. King spent much of her life as a volunteer at Cormaria Retreat House, St. Bartholomew’s Presbyterian Church and St. Peter’s Church in Manhattan serving the homeless.
She was also a member of the Sag Harbor United Methodist Church.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 4, at Yardley & Pino Funeral Home in Sag Harbor. Interment followed on Monday, March 5, at Oakland Cemetery in Sag Harbor.
