An 18-year-old Springs man is facing two felony charges of assault in the second degree after a Halloween Day incident resulted in two police officers being taken to the hospital, according to East Hampton Village Police. An East Hampton man was killed Sunday morning after his motorcycle collided with another motorcycle on Old Country Road in Riverhead.
