An Amagansett man was arrested by East Hampton Town Police Thursday evening and charged with rape for having ongoing sexual contact with a minor over several months. Lendher Calva-Ortiz, 31, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. and charged with two counts of rape in the third degree, a felony, and a single count of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, police said.
