Victor L. Nieves Saca, 32, of Springs was charged with felony DWI by East Hampton Town Police early Saturday morning. The arresting officer reported that Nieves Saca, driving a 2018 Toyota Highlander on Stephen Hands Path, failed to dim his headlights for oncoming traffic. After making the traffic stop, the arresting officer reported that Nieves Saca appeared intoxicated and subsequently failed roadside sobriety tests. At headquarters, a breath test produced a reading of .13, exceeding the .08 level that defines intoxication in the State of New York, police said. Wayne David Heaney, 44, of Brooklyn was arrested by East Hampton Town Police in downtown Montauk a little after midnight on April 29 on a misdemeanor charge of aggravated DWI. Police said Heaney was driving a 2001 Toyota Highlander on South Edison Street when he failed to signal a turn onto South Elmwood Avenue. The arresting officer added that Heaney, after making the turn, pulled over toward the side of the road and put his emergency flashers on. Pullavizhco, 28, of Flanders was charged by East Hampton Town Police with first-time misdemeanor DWI on Sunday morning just before 5 a.m. Driving a 2021 Honda pickup south on Three Mile Harbor Road, police said, Pullavizhco was swerving across lane lines before coming to a dead stop in the middle of the intersection of North Main Street and Cedar Street, leading to the traffic stop.
