East Hampton Town and the Peconic Land Trust will pay $8.5 million to preserve 2.7 acres of waterfront property along Georgica Pond. The town will pay half the cost from the CPF and the Trust will cover the rest with a contribution from another pond-front homeowner.
East Hampton Town and the Peconic Land Trust will pay $8.5 million for the 2.7 acre property at 18 Jones Creek Lane. The property will connect the 17 acre Fulling Mill Preserve to the Georgica Pond waterfront.
