New Plan For Cell Tower At Tiny Springs Chapel

St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in East Hampton and AT&T Wireless have revived a proposal to put cellular antennas on the site of St. Peter’s Chapel on Old Stone Highway in Springs. Rather than concealing the antennas in a new steeple atop the church building itself, as had been proposed in 2015, the two entities have now proposed constructing a 50-foot-tall “campanile” structure at the back of the chapel building.
