Null and Void?

I always wondered if the East Hampton Town Trustees actually rescinded jurisdiction they once had at the end of Bay View Avenue. If they did, I hope it wasn’t because of deeds that were made to be null and void to obtain a building permit. Especially anything predating urban renewal.

Any of those deeds for lots with homes built on them after passing of that legislation … well, they are nothing more and better suited as toilet paper.

Still here.
