On December 10, 2019, two meetings happened. In Southampton, Ann Welker correctly voted against geocubes at a Southampton Town Trustees meeting. In East Hampton Town, the Zoning Board of Appeals said they agreed with the principal building inspector decision.
At that point, letters had been sent previously to homeowners directing them to remove a geocube structure immediately from the road that they block in Amagansett. Those cubes remain, violating everyone’s rights daily.
Of course, both local parties seem not to care, as the East Hampton Town justice candidates are from the two law firms that represent these homeowners. No individual running has denounced these candidates.
Feel free, Ann Welker, to come visit the true destructive nature of these geocubes left unattended for five years, soon to be six summers, in an area where they are prohibited. After all, you want to represent us now, too.
Still here.
