This year two extraordinary artists are honored: Kenny Scharf for his contributions to pop culture and his celebration of comics, amusement, and the underground, and Tony Bechara for his dynamic, meticulous paintings and a life devoted to promoting Latin culture in the arts. Modern artist, drag queen, and costume designer Machine Dazzle will join as Master of Ceremonies.
