Almond Restaurant's Chef de Cuisine Tim Foley will be featured at COchon555 on March 8th at the Altman Building in New York City. Foley is new to the Almond culinary team bringing his experience from top tables including Topping Rose House and Le Bernardin and most recently as chef charcutier at Le District. Foley will be executing his butchery expertise for this nose-to-tail event highlighting heritage breed pigs.
