Stony Hill Stables Foundation is proud to announce its new Horsemanship Series taking place on three Thursdays in August from 5 – 7pm at Stony Hill Stables in scenic Amagansett, NY. Spend time with magnificent horses and equestrian professionals as you help support scholarships for local children.
Thursday, August 11: Horsemanship – How to be a Horseman or Horsewoman and begin to master the art of being a Horse Whisperer with Stony Hill Stables Trainer Michelle Sharma and a surprise special guest
Thursday, August 18: Basic Vet Care, Vital Signs and First Aid with Dr. Devita Wooten and Vet Tech Ashley Lynott from Miller & Associates, a premier equine sports medicine practice serving Westchester, Long Island, Ocala and Wellington
Thursday, August 25 – Blacksmith Demonstration with long-time Farrier of the Hamptons and Stony Hill Stables, Rich Klauber
$100 for each event or $250 for all three when paid in advance.
Includes a picnic dinner.

Established in 2012, the Stony Hill Stables Foundation is a not-for-profit program established to offer scholarship equestrian training for local residents. The scholarship includes training lessons over a four month or longer semester. Training includes hunter/jumper, equitation or dressage training, horse care, clinics, and competitive show activity. The goal is to promote equine sports, riding education, and good sportsmanship providing local children a healthy, enhancing life experience.
Stony Hill Stables Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) program providing a unique atmosphere for children to become skilled in equine sports, build friendships and connect to the East End Community.
