Ned owns Houseman restaurant in NYC. And his new book just came out "How to Dress an Egg: Surprising and Simple Ways to Cook Dinner." Joining him will be cookbook author Peter Kaminsky, with a special guest spot with Jermaine Owens owner of North Fork Seafood.
Tickets are $50 for general admission and $40 for Slow Food members.
