The award-winning Claude’s Restaurant at the Southampton Inn welcomes the Fall season. Chef Giancarlo joins Claude’s as he introduces new dinner items to complement the restaurant’s already delectable menus. Claude’s will be open daily for breakfast 7 to 11 a.m.; lunch noon to 2 p.m.; weekend brunch 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and dinner 5 to 9 p.m.
