The award-winning Claude’s Restaurant at the Southampton Inn is kicking off the Hamptons season with an all-new executive chef and daily dinner hours. Chef Giancarlo joins Claude's as he introduces new lunch and dinner items to complement the restaurant's already delectable menu. Claude’s will be open daily for breakfast 7 to 11 a.m.; lunch noon to 4 p.m.; weekend brunch 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and dinner 5 to 9 p.m.
