Corey Creek Tap Room’s is thrilled to share that they have received a 94 point score from Vinepair (https://vinepair.com) for their 2021Coquillage. The Chardonnay is first-hand harvested and fermented with wild yeast in stain-less. After fermentation, local sea shells are added to the tank and aged with the wine for two months. The process of adding shells to the Chardonnay adds a unique twist in capturing the essence of the North Fork terroir. The wine is crisp and clean and features subtle hints of the seashore. The wine was brewed by female wine maker Marin Brennan and is 11.7% by volume.
