SUMMER CAMP
June 28 - Aug 27
$525 per week at the Hayground Tent (M, W, F 3:30 - 5:30 pm)
Your camper will be immersed in all aspects of musical theatre (dancing, singing, acting, directing and performing) with TikTok flare, in this Summerstock Camp for kids!
We are offering 4 two week sessions. At the end of each session a live Summerstock show will be performed for family and friends. Each session is unique so we encourage campers to participate in as many weeks as possible - the dancing, singing and acting just keeps getting better and better!
Our Little Barn 6 - 10 minute musicals will also be videotaped TikTok style with fun edits and special effects for campers to keep and remember.
Dance!
Expect your camper to learn dance basics with music they love and fun and clever TikTok moves. Our daily dance practice of Little Barn “dances” will be then transformed with live piano arrangements for our shows performed every second week.
Sing!
Campers will have a daily singing warmup and technique class followed by song practice for our Summerstock shows with live piano and / or guitar accompaniments and kid friendly arrangements.
Acting and Directing!
A Little Barn favorite!!! We start with acting games to break the ice then we get to work on creating scripts, scenes and monologues with the campers that will be worked into our show themes.
All of our classes in camp will be taught by our lovely LB team of talented, versatile and professional working and teaching artists (mentors) with Kim Eilian, the Little Barn founder and artistic director.
