Come and join guest speaker The Rev. Holly Haile Thompson, DD, the first indigenous woman to become Minister of the Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church, USA, and hear her speak on the present day issues emanating from the Doctrine of Discovery, a 15th century European policy to "save the souls" of the indigenous peoples. Rev. Thompson is a blood member of the Shinnecock Nation and a dedicated educator and speaker in our community and beyond.
