Each year, East End Hospice holds its Tree of Lights Outdoor Memorial Service, an occasion that honors the memory of friends and family members with special tributes, spoken remembrances and music.
The services will be held as followed simultaneously:
1. Sunday, December 3, 2023 at 2:30 p.m.. at The Village Green in Westhampton Beach.
2. Sunday, December 3, 2023 at 2: 30 p.m.. at Rogers Memorial Library, Southampton
3. Sunday, December 3, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. at The Old Hook Wind Mill, Herrick Park in East Hampton.
4. Sunday, December 3, 2023 at 2:30p.m. at The Village Green Cutchogue Historical Property on Main Rd, Cutchogue.
East End Hospice is a New York State certified hospice that provides care for terminally ill patients, their families and loved ones through a coordinated interdisciplinary team of skilled professionals and volunteers in all five East End towns and in Brookhaven. East End Hospice served over 700 patients from these areas last year.
