Saint Luke’s presents two conversations with Biblical scholar John Dominic Crossan. The first is titled "The Last Week: The Death of Jesus" and the second is "The Last Week: The Resurrection of Jesus"
The first talk will take place on Saturday, March 20th from 4:00-5:30 PM; and the second will take place on Saturday, March 27th from 4:00- 5:30 PM.
Professor Crossan will discuss why Jesus went to Jerusalem that Passover, why he was executed there on a Roman cross, and why his subsequent vindication by God was proclaimed precisely as “Resurrection” (Anastasis in Greek). At the conclusion of his presentations that include short videos, Professor Crossan will
