Co-authors Hillary Davis and Stacy Dermont will sign copies of the new, second-edition of their best-selling cookbook and wine-pairing guide “The Hamptons Kitchen” at the Barnes & Noble bookstore in Bridgehampton Commons on Saturday, January 6 at noon.
Future signings will be held at the Milk Pail Fresh Market in Water Mill on an April date to be announced. Events with the new East End Food Hub and with North Fork Chocolate Company, both in Riverhead, as well at Sage & Madison in Sag Harbor, are in the works—look for fun, cookbook-related events throughout 2024.
“The Hamptons Kitchen” is that rare find that combines the local produce in season with original, world-class recipes.
