Tour of the Thomas and Mary Nimmo Moran Home & Studio
See East Hampton’s original artist studio and learn how the Morans transformed perceptions of nature and especially the American West during the late 19th century. During the Tour, visitors can experience how the building functioned as a home, artmaking studio, and entertainment space. As a special treat, you can see Thomas Moran’s painting, Ulysses Deriding Polyphemus exactly as he displayed in the Studio. Meet at 229 Main Street, East Hampton
Tours are $12 per person for non-members and free for members. The tours in collaboration with the East Hampton Trails Preservation Society (EHTPS) are also free for their EHTPS members. (ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP WILL BE CHECKED)
