Give a gift to Mom for Mother’s Day—which is May 14—and join her for the all the fun on Sunday, May 21, with Hillary Davis and Sag Harbor’s own Stacy Dermont, personal friends and co-authors of the award-winning book "The Hamptons Kitchen: Seasonal Recipes Pairing Land and Sea." They’ll be talking about, and signing copies of their best-selling cookbook and wine-pairing guide.
As a preeminent all-American resort destination, Baron’s Cove, located at 31 West Water Street in Sag Harbor, offers the best in fine dining.
Sample some of The Hamptons Kitchen recipes prepared by hotel chefs, as well as honey from Sag Harbor Honey. There will be herbs for sale and a food-centric auction. Miranda Capriotti from The East End Food Institute will talk about the work they do with local farmers.
Price of admission includes one alcoholic beverage, soft drinks, and substantial appetizers including Pat LaFrieda sliders, chicken meatballs with teriyaki glaze, and shrimp with cocktail sauce. Followed by a dessert table with coffee.
Although copies of The Hamptons Kitchen are not included in the price of the event, books will be available for purchase and signing. They make wonderful house gifts.
Released during the height of the pandemic, this bestselling cookbook and wine-pairing guide is finally being shared at a big, public event!
Purchase of admission is a charitable contribution to support equipment and programs at the John Jermain Memorial Library. Early bird sale price of $100 ends May 7—regular price is $125, after May 7—so, order tickets soon.
