"New Beginnings", a virtual art exhibit by 47 members of the Artists alliance of East Hampton, will be online starting February 22 and continuing 24/7.
With 47 artists, the breath of styles and mediums is vast. Styles range from realism to abstract, figurative to landscape, plein air to whimsy.
Mediums include oil, acrylic, pastels, ink, and watercolors as well as glass, photography and sculpture.
Many of the artists took their inspiration from the title"New Beginnings" while others were responding to the months of Covid that we all endured. Still others chose to brighten our world with upbeat colors and subjects.
