Price: $45 per member - limited to 45 members
ECI will provide an organic, plant-based meal prepared by Chef Martine Abitbol and other guest chefs. All herbs and vegetables will be locally sourced including produce harvested from the Good Ground Heritage Garden and other local farms. Kombucha will be served, and guests are welcome to bring another beverage of preference.
Chef Martine Abitbol (private chef “le poeme”) will lend her talents and her love of earthy family style eating with a Tunisian vegetarian Tagine. More delicious surprises to be expected by other guest chefs.
Guest speaker Dr. Christopher Gobler will talk about the ways we can address humanmade impacts on our coastal ecosystems, including the recent scallop and fish die-offs in our bays.
