On Wednesday, February 7th at 7:00 PM, Melissa Leone, M.Sc. student at SoMAS and Alyson Lowell, PhD candidate at SoMAS will each present a lecture on their research.
Melissa Leone will present her lecture “Do piping plovers (Charadrius melodus) have a Long Island accent?”
Alyson Lowell will present her lecture “Understanding the early life history of Long Island Seagrass, Zostera marina: Clues for optimal restoration success.”
These lectures will take place in the Duke Lecture Hall inside Chancellor's Hall on the SBU Southampton campus!
