Improve your energy, body posture, balance, and alignment. All are welcome to join for full class, with focus as follows:
12:00-12:30: experienced students receive Taiji instruction & adjustment
12:30-1:00: novice students join in for Qigong
1:00-1:15: all students work on early parts of Taiji form
