This 2-hour tea workshop is educational yet approachable with a combination of tea tasting, brewing, and pairing experiences. During this hands-on class, we will walkthrough:
– the history of pu’er tea
– a guided tasting of 5 different pu’er tea, including the overview of key terroir and processing methods
– a tea pairing with specialty chocolates and truffles
– a gaiwan brewing practice session
