Altars of Love, Roots of Remembrance

On Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), families and communities build colorful altars to honor the lives of those who have gone before. In this service, we will create our own altar of love through story, ritual, and song, remembering those who shaped us and celebrating the ways their spirits continue to nurture our lives. Together, in the presence of our memorial garden, we will give thanks for the deep roots of remembrance that ground us in love and connect us across generations. Remember to bring some marigolds or a picture or a favorite food of your loved one for the altar.
