LongHouse Reserve, in collaboration with Young Concert Artists (YCA), will host the second performance of its classical music series featuring violinists Oliver Neubauer and Lun Li. They will each perform solo pieces before joining forces for a two-violin performance.
Oliver Neubauer, a YCA Jacobs Fellow and winner of the 2023 Susan Wadsworth Young Concert Artists International Auditions, is known for his “grippingly precise” playing. He has performed with numerous orchestras and has participated in prestigious music festivals. Oliver is currently studying at The Juilliard School and plays a 1780 J.B. Guadagnini violin.
Lun Li, a First Prize winner at the 2021 YCA Susan Wadsworth International Auditions, is celebrated for his innovative performances. His upcoming season includes recitals and chamber music performances across North America and solo appearances with various orchestras. Lun is pursuing an Artistic Diploma at Juilliard and plays on a 1735 Stradivarius violin.
