Sagaponack’s Townline BBQ is bringing holiday cheer straight from the smoker this season. Pitmaster Billy will be preparing a limited number of 14-pound bone-in hams, cured and smoked to perfection, just in time for Christmas and New Year’s. Each ham serves approximately 20 people and is priced at $160, with pre-orders starting Monday, December 1 — available in-house or by calling 631-537-2271. Hams come with reheating instructions and a house-made glaze, ready for pickup beginning December 21.
To round out the holiday feast, Townline BBQ offers its signature sides — including collard greens, cornbread, and baked beans — available in half and full pints. For dessert, the spot is also offering homemade German chocolate cakes, which require a seven-day pre-order.

Shippy’s, a longtime Southampton staple known for its cozy tavern vibe and German-American comfort fare, is rolling out a festive lineup of holiday specials and seasonal events.
The restaurant has launched Shippy’s After Dark, a new late-night happy hour running from 10 p.m. to midnight on Thanksgiving Eve and every Friday and Saturday through the end of the year. Guests can unwind with select happy hour drinks and favorites like the Smashburger and Breakfast OG.
A daily Happy Hour from 3 to 6 p.m. continues at both the Tavern Bar and the Biergarten, along with lunch and dinner Prix Fixe menus offered every day. Brunch is also a draw, served Thursday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
For families, Brunch with Santa returns on December 6, 14, and 21, featuring a festive morning visit from Santa Claus from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Ringing in 2026 starts early with New Year’s Eve Dinner Specials crafted by Chef Bob and Chef Muncho. After dinner, guests are invited to stay for Shippy’s New Year’s Eve Bash, with the restaurant staying open past midnight.

Wölffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack is bringing the spirit of the season to life with its Winter Wonderland at the Tasting Room, a festive holiday experience taking place on Sundays, December 7, 14, and 21, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Each week, the Tasting Room and Terrace will be transformed into a charming, market-inspired celebration filled with the vineyard’s most elaborate holiday décor display to date. Visitors can stroll through the indoor and outdoor spaces, warm up by cozy firepits, and enjoy a lively mix of holiday food, beverages, and family-friendly activities.
Guests will find plenty to eat and drink, from wines and ciders by the glass to hot chocolate, chicken fingers and fries, soft pretzels, grilled cheese, flatbreads, and other winter-market favorites. Families are encouraged to explore together, meet Santa for festive photos, enjoy live music, get creative with children’s crafts, and browse special holiday gifts available throughout the space. The event is designed as a casual, free-flowing experience; there is no formal seating, and tables and firepits are available on a first-come basis.
