Sagaponack’s Townline BBQ is bringing holiday cheer straight from the smoker this season. Pitmaster Billy will be preparing a limited number of 14-pound bone-in hams, cured and smoked to perfection, just in time for Christmas and New Year’s. Each ham serves approximately 20 people and is priced at $160, with pre-orders starting Monday, December 1 — available in-house or by calling 631-537-2271. Hams come with reheating instructions and a house-made glaze, ready for pickup beginning December 21.
To round out the holiday feast, Townline BBQ offers its signature sides — including collard greens, cornbread, and baked beans — available in half and full pints. For dessert, the spot is also offering homemade German chocolate cakes, which require a seven-day pre-order.

The restaurant has launched Shippy’s After Dark, a new late-night happy hour running from 10 p.m. to midnight on Thanksgiving Eve and every Friday and Saturday through the end of the year. Guests can unwind with select happy hour drinks and favorites like the Smashburger and Breakfast OG.
