The Hamptons Preventive Health and Sustainable Technology Expo will be held on Saturday, July 27, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, July 28, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Congressman Tim Bishop will speak about Health Care Reform Education on Saturday, July 27, from 2 to 3 p.m. Fresh Hamptons chef Todd Jacobs will cook the “Food Riot” dinner, which will be held on Saturday from 5:30 to 9 p.m. and will include remarks by keynote speaker, author and filmmaker Jeffrey Smith.
Cooking demonstrations and speakers on day one of the two-day event include: Nadia Ernestus offering a cooking demo on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Silvia Lehrer giving a cooking demo on Saturday from 11a.m. to 2 p.m.; Candace Vorhaus talking about feng shui on Saturday from 3 to 4 p.m. and holistic veterinarian Jennifer Katz speaking on Saturday from 4 to 5 p.m.
On Sunday, food law attorney Jason Foscolo will speak from 3 to 4 p.m. Lifestyle consultant Amy Elias will talk from 4 to 5 p.m. Mr. Smith’s film “Genetic Roulette” will be screened, with a question and answer session following, from 1 to 3 p.m.
