To celebrate its ongoing partnership with North Fork Table & Inn, Cutchogue-based McCall Wines will be hosting a 3 wine dinner at the restaurant on Thursday, February 24, with service and introductions by the teams behind the partnering North Fork businesses. Guests will enjoy a 3-course chef’s tasting menu created by North Fork Table & Inn’s celebrated chefs John Fraser and Steven Barrantes, plus amuse bouche and wine pairings for $140 (tax/gratuity included) per person.
A few menu items include the restaurant’s popular duck tot, Peconic Bay scallops (Grapefruit beurre blanc, winter citrus, chicories, pine nuts, bay leaf), roasted Long Island duck (creamy polenta, prune compote), and for dessert, the four hour apple (fennel, cararmel, vanilla ice cream).
North Fork Table & Inn’s sommelier team has worked with McCall on unique wine pairings incorporating a rosé of Pinot Noir from 2020, Chardonnay 2017, and a brandy-incorporated Pinot Noir, among others.

February 25 is National Chowder Day. With the weather gone mad, the chowders from Lobster Roll are the perfect way to warm up and get a fix of fresh seafood fare.
Lobster Roll offers a homemade creamy New England chowder, a lobster seafood bisque and hearty Manhattan seafood chowder. With the recent opening of Lobster Roll’s Southampton location, the restaurant is offering a ‘Soup-N-Slider” option, with the best of both worlds featuring a classic lobster salad slider along with a cup of either Manhattan or New England Chowder. Lobster bisque can also be added for an additional charge.
The Lobster Roll’s new location is at 32 Montauk Highway, Southampton. For more information, visit lobsterroll.com/southampton.
